QUOTATION

All services delivered by Alphadico Limited will start once the customer accepted a Quotation invoice by signing it electronically or manually. A Quotation is an estimated price that will be charged to the customer once the service is delivered. All work done by Alphadico Limited, even if unfinished, will be paid by the customer.

Each Quotation document is valid 60 days. Our fees are in Euros (€).

PAYMENT

Bank transfers are acceptable methods of payment. All payments must be made within 30 days of invoice reception. All goods remain the property of Alphadico Limited until paid in full.
Note that outstanding invoices by the due date will incur late payment fees at a rate mentioned in the Quotation sent to you and accepted by you. Additional fees can be invoiced if the customer does not pay on time.

For services quoted above €500, a proforma invoice will be sent to you and must be paid in full before Alphadico Limited can start providing any of the services quoted on this invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have 14 days to cancel any request made once you signed any Quotation document. Please contact us via contact@alphadico.com for any cancellation matter. Depending on the provided services, you may have to pay a minimum fee even if you cancelled your initial request. Cancellation will be taken into account once you receive a confirmation email from us regarding this specific request.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made events outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement contained herein.
